Rules of Play for 50/50 Raffle

1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Play it Forward 50/50 Electronic Raffle.
2. The ticket purchaser must be in the province of Ontario at the time of ticket purchase.
3. Raffle draw dates are as follows: Sept 27, Oct 4, Oct 18, Oct 25, Nov 8, Nov 15, Nov 22, Nov 29, Dec 6, Dec 7, Dec 13, Dec 20, Jan 3, Jan 10, Jan 24, Jan 31, Feb 21, Feb 28, Mar 7, Mar 14, and Mar 21.
4. Location: Sudbury Community Arena - 31 Larch St, Unit 200, Sudbury, ON P3E 1B7. The raffle will close after the second-period intermission of play in the Sudbury Wolves game. The winning number will be announced during the 3rd period and posted online at sudburywolves.com, playitforward5050.com, and swseplayitforward.ca. The next raffle will open immediately following the previous game.
5. Tickets are available for purchase at the following prices: 5 for $5.00, 10 for $10.00, 60 for $20.00.
6. Tickets will be available online for purchase at playitforward5050.com.
7. To purchase an online ticket, you must supply certain personal information (such as name, home address details, date of birth, payment card details, and email address). This information may be shared with Ascend FS Canada Ltd. ("Ascend") to process your request. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to sharing this information with Ascend. 8. Tickets will be sold using the electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
9. For in-person purchases, patrons will receive a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers generated randomly. If you have not received your ticket(s), contact Michael Cullen at 705-929-9892 or michaelcullen01@yahoo.ca.
10. The winning ticket number will be selected by Random Number Generator (RNG) from all tickets sold during the designated raffle period.
11. The prize amount will be displayed on in-arena monitors, score clocks, and public announcements during the games.
12. The winning number will be announced via the public address system, score clock, and on sudburywolves.com, playitforward5050.com, and swseplayitforward.ca.
13. If the winner is at the event, they can claim their prize at the Play it Forward administration office, 31 Larch St., Unit 200, Sudbury, ON P3E 1B7.
14. Winners not in attendance can claim their prize by contacting the Play it Forward office or emailing info@swseplayitforward.ca. They will be paid by cheque for the posted amount. Winners must present the original ticket.
15. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw.
16. Winners must provide their full name, address, and phone number to claim their prize. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, the prize will be held until such ID is presented.
17. If no winner claims the prize within six months, the prize will be donated to another organization under AGCO approval.
18. Ineligible participants: Tim Laderoute, Jennifer Booth, Dario Zulich, Debbie Burant, Terry Moss, and Michael Cullen.
19. All orders will be processed using the Ascend Fundraising Solutions system. Discrepancies will be resolved based on Ascend's records. Liability is limited to the ticket purchase price.
20. The rules will be posted at each event.
